Return Goods Policy - Online Sales

Policy Considerations The company accepts returns only if following conditions are met; - If you need to change /replacement all items must be unused, unworn and unwashed and in resalable condition. - All Items must be in their original packaging. - Accompanied with the original sales receipt. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 14 days after the date of receipt, but only with a Return Authorization number (see below). Any shipment fees associated with returns will be paid by customer. We will refund the initial shipping charges only if the merchandise is having a manufacturing defect* (does not cover accidental damage, improper handling or normal wear and tear), or if we made a mistake in the shipment of your order. *Manufacturing Defect - Defects in the material and workmanship. At this time, we only process returns and do not offer exchanges. If you desire to make an exchange, please return your merchandise and place a new order at www.Textrip.com/www.elasto.lk at your convenience. The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once a return is received by Textrip (Pvt) Ltd/Elasto Limited, it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement. Fill Out the Return Authorization Request Form You will then receive a Return Authorization number. For any clarifications please contact our Customer Care Team in the Sri Lanka by email, phone or post. We are open on all working days from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm Saturday. Failure to do this may result in a delay in processing your return.

Shipping & Delivery

Free Delivery within 1 - 15 Colombo, Sri Lanka We arrange deliveries locally and internationally through our registered currier service providers. Delivery charges can be identified when you are filling the order form. Please use our customer care service to verify any details. Once the order has been confirmed, the order will be processed and goods will be dispatched on the same day or the following day depending on the product(s). Our regular delivery policy is to deliver goods within 1-4 business (working) days only, in the event where unexpected catastrophes erupt we will inform you by email and/or phone call, so that you will be updated on the situation. Undeliverable Packages Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the courier service returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you via email or telephone. Why are packages occasionally undeliverable?

Incorrect Address

Packages are normally only undeliverable when the address is incorrect- please check your shipping address carefully when placing your order. If this occurred, a re-delivery fee will apply. We will try our best to contact you and double check all orders before processing the order once payment is completed online.

Refused by Recipient

If you are sending a gift, it may be a good idea to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way, otherwise they may refuse to accept the package believing that it was sent to them in error. In addition it is recommended that you inform Textrip (Pvt) Ltd/Elasto Limited as well, so that the delivery agent will know that the recipient is not the person who placed the order. This is necessary for security and fraud reasons. Again, if this occurred, a redelivery fee will apply.
