The company accepts returns only if following conditions are met;
– If you need to change /replacement all items must be unused, unworn and unwashed and in resalable condition.
– All Items must be in their original packaging.
– Accompanied with the original sales receipt.
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 14 days after the date of receipt, but only with a Return Authorization number (see below). Any shipment fees associated with returns will be paid by customer. We will refund the initial shipping charges only if the merchandise is having a manufacturing defect* (does not cover accidental damage, improper handling or normal wear and tear), or if we made a mistake in the shipment of your order.
*Manufacturing Defect – Defects in the material and workmanship.
At this time, we only process returns and do not offer exchanges. If you desire to make an exchange, please return your merchandise and place a new order at www.Textrip.com/www.elasto.lk at your convenience.
The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once a return is received by Textrip (Pvt) Ltd/Elasto Limited, it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement.
You will then receive a Return Authorization number.

Please note that the above policies are subject to change by Management of Textrip (Pvt) Ltd/Elasto Limited at any time without prior notice to the customer. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated.
